Tai Chi Course 11 – The pivot point of the body and the whole form in full.




This module introduces the last unique move in the form. This move introduces a little dynamic tension to the form but do it carefully and heed the warnings given in the descriptive PDF.

After this one movement the form closes with the same movements found in section two – parry and punch, withdraw and push, turn back to the North, circle your arms then close by raising and lowering your arms. It’s all on the video.

Also here, finally, is the whole form performed from 2 different angles.

This module also explains about how to move your entire body from the sacrum which makes all movements so effortlessly powerful.
