Tai Chi Course 06 – Dragon’s back, unbendable arm and cloud hands




In this module we cover the rest of the third section of the form. This includes the hugely important movement of cloud hands. This develops softness in your upper body, looseness in your arms and shoulders and teaches you to move from the yin lower part of your body.

It also includes the dragon’s back exercise that starts to teach you how to make wave-like movements that flow from the ground out to your hands and the side to side exercise that drops tension out of your shoulders like nothing else.
