Push hands workshop – work with a partner to test your tai chi skills. Learn to stay soft to yield and redirect force. See how to move with effortless power to move someone around easily. Learn some basic defence applications and how to do them easily and effectively.

Short Stick workshop – Learn my personal favourite weapon. The short stick is a medium range weapon that is extremely flexible in its use. The stick is also an entry into the world of swordsmanship. I will run future workshops on the straight sword and the broadsword but only for those who have learned the short stick first.
