Tai chi is a set of slow, flowing movements developed to release tension and restore your health and balance.

Through regular tai chi training you get far greater control over your body, mind and breathing.

Tai chi is also a martial art and teaches you to relax and remain calm and centred even under the most stressful of circumstances. The lessons of tai chi will benefit every area of your life for the rest of your life.

Tuesdays 12.00 – 12.45pm

There is plenty of parking in the hall car park.

Cost : £8 per session or £35 for a block of five

To book a class either click the link below to become a member and book a class. You can then choose to pay for the class online or by cash on the day (£8 per session).

If you’re not yet ready to sign up then email the school which class you’d like to come to and I’ll put your name down for it and you can pay the £8 cash on the day.
