I am finding Tai Chi very calming and it’s been great during my recovery from a mental health crisis. The slow meditative movements and focus on breathing correctly are grounding and Paul is an excellent teacher, explaining everything clearly, taking the class through one step at a time (often literally) without rushing.

It has been interesting and helpful to learn how to stand and walk more efficiently, things that are easy to incorporate into everyday life and which help to improve my balance.. I am very glad I found this class.
