Now taking bookings for october 2024

Join us in Charney manor 11th – 13th October 2024

£480 with £100 deposit to guarantee your space

It has long been a dream of mine to run retreats so I am now making that a reality.

Our first retreat will be a long weekend in May 2024 (17th – 19th) at Charney Manor in Oxfordshire. This is now fully booked but our second retreat will run 11th – 18th October 2024.

Each retreat will use guided walks plus tai chi and qigong exercises and principles to improve your balance and fitness and to become more aware of how you hold onto tension.

You’ll discover how to move and stand in a way that makes you feel more relaxed, more alive and more connected to yourself and the world around you.

You will learn to get in touch with and feel your energy and that of others. You’ll learn to connect more fully with nature and how to feel a part of it.

You’ll learn how to use any walk to improve your posture and breathing and your flow of movement and energy. You’ll learn to navigate using the natural clues around you and more.

This is unlike any other retreat you may have been on.

Each weekend retreat costs £480 and this includes everything – your accommodation, breakfasts, two course lunch and dinners, teas and coffees, walks, tai chi and qigong sessions and so on.

To reserve your place you need to pay a deposit of £100 and the balance by the end of August 2024.

Numbers are strictly limited and it’s first come first served so book quickly to avoid disappointment

Click here to download the retreat brochure and if you’d like to come along then email me and I’ll send you the details of how to pay the deposit to secure your place. There are only a few spaces left so don’t delay.
