New beginners are always very welcome.

Tai Chi is an amazing system of mind and body control. It’s suitable for anyone of any age and has similar benefits to yoga. Unlike yoga it’s all done standing up with additional benefits in teaching you how to hold and move your body without tension in the most natural and efficient way.

Each class teaches you new skills and leaves you feeling relaxed yet energised.

I am very much enjoying your Tai Chi classes. I particularly like the way you explain the moves and the benefits they can bring.

Each time we walk away from the class, we talk (my friend Annie) about how much we enjoy it. For me it’s not only about the movement, it’s about the mind, body coordination and learning to relax. Also getting to meet other people (that’s important) in this day and age.
