Golden Cockerel arm movement

The arm movement in the Golden Cockerel Stands On One Leg is one you haven’t done before. It’s not easy to do at first. Remember the elbows always lead the hands so as you raise the arms the elbows must be completely straight but not locked out as we don’t want any excess tension in the upper arms.
