TAI CHI – The Exercise That Keeps You Young

Do you suffer with:
- Creaking joints?
- Aching body?
- Forgetfulness?
- Loss of balance and mobility issues?
Getting older is not all it’s cracked up to be. So why not try a tai chi class? It’s fun, friendly and could be just what your looking for.
Remember, every day millions of people around the world practise tai chi to keep them young.
As we get older staying active is more important. Yet most sports and activities are aimed at younger people.
Tai Chi is ideal for older people. It teaches you balance, improves your posture and breathing and helps you regain some of your youthful vitality.
Tai Chi is fun to do, requires no special equipment and can be adapted to anyone of any age or mobility level.

Why the Jade Dragon School?

Depth of knowledge
Tai Chi is known for it’s flowing, slow-motion movements but it is a deep and complicated art that takes time to really understand.
Many modern teachers haven’t trained in the art for very long before becoming a teacher.
The Jade Dragon School is run by Master Paul Chapman who has 40 years experience in tai chi and kung fu and was required to train for a full 12 years before being given permission to teach.
His depth of understanding and ability to break down the concepts make him a very popular teacher.

Paul runs classes across Central and East Berkshire at the following locations:
- Caversham – Mondays 7pm
- Woodley – Thursdays 12pm
- Wokingham – Wednesdays 4pm
- Bracknell – Wednesdays 11am and 12pm
- Twyford – Tuesdays 12pm
- Dunsden Green – Tuesdays 10.30am
- Waltham St Lawrence – Thursdays 4pm
